Q. How can I book my installation?
A. Either by phone or online.
Q. How and when can I pay?
A. We take cash, PayID or Eftpos (Visa Debit / Credit cards) all Eftpos payments incure a 1.7% surcharge.
Q. Do you offer mobile services or do I have to come to you to get my seat installed?
A. Either, we understand how busy life can be so we offer the convenience of us coming to your place of choice or you can come to our place, the choice is yours.
Q. How long does the certificate last?
A. The certificate lasts as long until the installed seat is removed or altered in anyway.
Q. How long does it take to install a car seat?
A. Depends on your vehicle, it take between 15 - 30 minutes.
Q. Will you show me how to use the car seat once it is installed?
A. Of course. We will give you a complete run down how your seat works and how to seat your child correctly.
Q. Do you install all types of car seats to all types of vehicles?
A. Yes. As long as they comply with Australian Standards. Meaning, if you purchased the seat overseas we will not install your seat. In relation to vehicles, as long as there is a seat with an allocated seat-belt then yes.
Q. Why do I need to get my seat installed by an accredited fitter?
A. There are a number of reasons. For example, firstly, Your childs safety is paramount. You need to make sure that when they are travelling in a vehicle they need to be secured correctly. And there large fines for an unsecured seat of unsecured child. Further, some hospitals now a days won't formally discharge you after birth until they receive some form of confirmation that you have had your child seat installed by an accredited fitter and how certificate will prove that.
